'Camkeep' is a small shrub, growing to a height of 1.5 m, approximately one-third the size of a typical davidii. The foliage is unremarkable, the leaves green and of average size for the species. The profuse flowers are deep purple, the panicles 15 - 20 cm in length, appearing in summer and persisting until autumn. [2]
'Camkeep' is cultivated in the UK, where it is included in the NCCPG National Collection held by Longstock Park Nursery near Stockbridge in Hampshire.
Suppliers in the UK can be found in the RHS Plantfinder [1].
